Meet 1838
You’re reading this because you know at least one team member from 1838 Real Estate, but do you know what 1838 means and how we operate?
I moved around a lot as a child because my dad was in telecommunications, and that was an evolving industry in the early 80’s. When we landed in KC in 1995, I wasn’t sure how long we would be here. But it turned out it was our last stop. Kansas City (the entire metro) is my home and I absolutely love everything about it. When coming up with a name for my company, I wanted something that embodied the city we all love. 1838 is the year that Kansas City was founded. Since we help clients sell and buy a piece of her land, if felt like the perfect fit! And here we are.
Did you know that we have three agents, a transaction coordinator, and a marketing director? Yep! We are a full-service squad. Our agents—myself, Kenzie, and Brian—work individually with their clients but also collaborate and help each other. We all bring different qualities and ideas to the table, which helps us grow and stay at the top of our game. Our transaction coordinator, Kaci, keeps all parties updated and organized! Because of Kaci's work, agents can spend more time focusing on our clients' needs. Allison is our marketing guru. She builds our brand recognition, strategizes our exposure, and helps our structure (plus, lots of other things).
